The kids think it is just a holiday. It is really three celebrations in three days.
Amanda's 40th on the 10th, their wedding anniversary on the 11th, and David's birthday on the 12th. A three-day run of cocktails at happy hour and sunsets over the Indian Ocean, with absolutely no lunchboxes to pack.
